Terms & Conditions: At Stand Star International, we strive to deliver high-quality products and a smooth customer experience. To ensure complete transparency, please review the following terms and conditions before placing an order.

Product Colors & Sizes

Please note that minor variations in color may occur due to differences in screen settings, lighting conditions, and material texture. While we work hard to present our products accurately, slight discrepancies are possible.

All listed sizes are based on standard industry measurements. If you require custom sizes or exact measurements, kindly share your detailed specifications. We offer full customization to meet your product requirements.

If you need a specific Pantone color shade, please provide the code so we can match it as closely as possible.

We also offer custom product development. If you have a unique design or material specification, simply share your concept, and our team will manufacture it according to your requirements.

Sampling Policy

All items are manufactured to order. If you require a sample for evaluation:

Sample production takes approximately 15 working days.
If ready-made samples are available, they will be shipped after receiving the sample cost and freight charges.
A digital sample photo will be shared for approval before dispatch.
Samples are usually shipped via the customer’s courier account. If unavailable, we can arrange shipping upon receiving the freight payment.

We value every inquiry, including single-sample requests, and appreciate your patience during processing.

Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) / Minimum Order Amount (MOA)

The standard MOQ is 15 pieces/pairs per size per color.
Upon request, we may allow two sizes and two colors within the MOQ.

Production & Delivery Timeline

Standard production lead time:

3–4 weeks, depending on order volume.

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

By Air: ~1 week
By Sea: 25–45 days (depending on destination)

You will receive exact production and completion dates at the time of order confirmation.

Private Labeling, OEM & ODM Services

We provide full private labeling and branding services, including:

Woven labels
Embroidery
Screen printing
Sublimation
Custom patches

Please share your logo or artwork for an accurate cost estimate. Basic labeling may be offered free of charge.

Research & Development (R&D)

If you cannot find the exact product you need, you may share:

A sketch
A scanned image
A physical sample

Our R&D department will develop your custom design while maintaining full confidentiality.

Payment Terms

50% advance payment is required to begin production.
50% remaining balance is due before shipment.

For bulk orders worth USD $50,000 and above, an L/C at sight may be accepted upon mutual agreement.

Price Validity

Due to fluctuating raw material and production costs, all price quotations are valid for up to 3 months. Updated prices will be shared in advance if necessary.
