1. Eligibility for Returns

You can return or exchange items within 15 days of delivery if the following conditions apply:

  • You keep the product unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
  • You retain all tags, labels, and packaging.
  • You provide a valid proof of purchase (order number or invoice).

Note: We cannot accept returns of customized or personalized products unless they arrive damaged or defective.


2. Return Process

To return a product, follow these steps:

  2. Include your order number, product details, and the reason for return.
  3. Our support team will send you the return instructions and shipping address.
  4. After we receive and inspect your item, we will notify you whether we approve the return.

3. Exchange Policy

If you want to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please mention it in your return request.

  • We process exchanges after we receive and verify the original item.
  • If your requested item is out of stock, we offer a store credit or a refund according to your preference.

4. Refunds

  • We process approved refunds within 5–7 business days after inspection.
  • We issue refunds using the original payment method.
  • We do not refund shipping fees, unless we caused the error or delivered a defective product.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately with clear photos or a brief description.
Then, we will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund, depending on your choice.


6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Customized or made-to-order products
  • Clearance or sale items
  • Products showing signs of wear, use, or alteration
